Favourite thing about my job: I am passionate about occupation therapy because it supports a functional, practical and strength based approach. It encompasses meaningful and purposeful activity, and focuses upon supporting people to overcome barriers to independence and occupational performance. No goal is too big or small.

My favourite resource: This would have to be my therapy balls. They serve multiple purposes, target sensory feedback and are so much fun to use and I take them wherever I go.

Fun fact: I’m a very fussy eater. I have to peel strawberries before I eat them as I don’t like different textures (any wonder I became an OT!)
